We sell Japanese kitchen knives, kitchenware, accessories, and related products through our online store.
Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability are displayed on the relevant product pages. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date.
Because many products are handcrafted or made using natural materials, minor variations in appearance, finish, texture, pattern, color, or dimensions may occur. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payments received from you for the withdrawn product, including the standard delivery cost where required by law.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
